It's a genuine 1977 Fender Precision Bass in outstanding condition for its age. This is the real original deal, straight out of the golden era of CBS-era Fender when these basses were built like tanks and still had that unmistakable ’70s mojo.

Included is the correct-period Fender hard case with the iconic orange plush interior; the one every collector wants. Case is solid, latches work perfectly. The condition of this instrument is very clean for a 48-year-old player. Typical light checking on the finish, some honest playwear all around the body and neck, but no cracks, damages or refinishing. The neck is straight and the truss rod functions perfectly, frets were recently dressed and have tons of life left. Freshly set up with low, slinky action and that perfect vintage thump.
