HIWATT DG212 Custom Gilmour Combo
We do love sounds, here is another legendary brand for the guitar sounds that we love so much. We are proud to offer you the range of combo amps at New Old stock prices. Founded in 1963 by Sound City engineer Dave Reeves, Hiwatt was one of the seminal British amp companies of the 60s and '70s. The '80s and '90s saw the company defunct until it was galvanized in the early 2000s by a new trademark owner.
The DG212 shares the same specifications as the company's Custom 50w combo with the addition of an internally linked input system.
The Hiwatt DG212 Custom Gilmour is the Dave Gilmour signature Custom 50W combo which is available with the same features as the Hiwatt SA212 or Custom 50 2x12 combo, but with internal linked-input system as specified by Dave himself.
Boasting the classic design that brought Hiwatt to the forefront of amplification, the Classic Series feature the point-to-point, military specific design based on Dave Reeves' original amplifiers. Hiwatt Custom amplifiers use only the best quality components, including hand-wound Partridge transformers and marine birch hand-built cabinets.
