Up for grabs in our Sliema shop is a fantastic 2004 Gibson USA SG Junior in classic Heritage Cherry finish. This single-pickup beast captures the raw, stripped-down spirit of the original 1960s SG Juniors; lightweight, fast, and full of that iconic P-90 tone that defined garage rock, blues, and indie tones for decades.
 
Key Features & Specs:
Body: Solid mahogany with the signature double-cutaway SG shape for easy upper-fret access; lightweight and resonant.
Finish: Translucent Heritage Cherry nitrocellulose lacquer; beautiful vintage-style red that shows off the mahogany grain with age-appropriate checking and patina.
Neck: Mahogany set-neck construction with a comfortable Slim Taper profile (fast and playable, great for leads and chords alike), unbound rosewood fingerboard, classic dot inlays, 22 frets, 24.75" scale.
Pickups: Single P-90 (bridge position; delivers punchy midrange, gritty attack, and dynamic response that cleans up beautifully with volume rolls).
Controls: 1 Volume, 1 Tone (simple and effective), 3-way toggle (on/off/on for tonal variety).

Condition: 
Good condition for its 20+ years; honest player-grade wear that adds character without detracting from playability. Light checking in the finish, some belt buckle marks and small handling nicks on the back, typical edge wear, and natural patina. Professionally refretted (new frets installed, medium-jumbo; no buzz, low action, and smooth bends). Neck is straight, truss rod is fine, electronics quiet and fully functional. Plays and sounds amazingly; raw P-90 growl with plenty of sustain and bite.
