Fender Stratocaster '57 reissue | Pink Paisley | MIJ 2002-04

Here one of the coolest Strat finishes out there!! This is a Fender Pink Paisley Stratocaster '57 Reissue - Crafted in Japan. Fender had decided to bring back the Paisley and Blue Floral Strats for a LIMITED release. We have luckily managed to get one to our shop for that player searching for something with great playability and a unique classic look.
 
These originals have become highly sought after, and most definitely collector's items these days. Built in Japan, these Strats are some of the highest quality made instruments out there. In fact Japanese Fenders are well known by players as being some of the best around .... Many gigging pros would even take on a Japanese Fender over an American model.
 
The body is made out of basswood for light weight. The 25.5 inch scale maple neck features a 7.25 inch radius maple fingerboard with 21 vintage frets. A trio of vintage style single coils dish out those big tones you'd expect out of a strat. A vintage style trem and Kluson style tuners keep it solidly in tune. The paisley finish is absolutely stunning showing a reflective center section and pink sunbursting on the edges.Just a pure jaw dropping guitar. 
 
The body is in very good shape no noticeable scratches, dings or nicks that are worth nothing of. It features the patented Stratocaster contours and the stunning Paisley design and finish first found on 60's Telecasters. 
 
The guitar has a vintage feel, similar to USA vintage '57 necks just not as narrow, which makes it a little easier to play. Its action is set low. The neck has aged nicely to an amber colour. The vintage tiny frets have plenty of life, and are the original.
 
All pots and the switch are noise-free and has been fully tested and set to perfection. The pickguard is clean, full pink paisley design. The guitar weighs at 3,9 kg.
