VOX AC30 C2 Tube Amplifier
We've got a used VOX AC30C2 in stock. It's been used in a professional recording studio, so it's had an easy life; no gigging, no being thrown in the back of a van. Cosmetically clean, fully working, sounds exactly as it should.
If you know, you know. The AC30 is one of the most iconic guitar amplifiers ever made. Thirty watts of all-valve power, two Celestion G12M Greenback speakers, and that unmistakable British chime that's been on records since the sixties. Hank Marvin, Brian May, The Edge; the AC30 is what they all ran, and for good reason.
The AC30C2 has two channels; the Normal channel for warm, full-bodied rhythm tones, and the Top Boost channel, which is where the magic really lives. Glassy and crystalline when you play clean, then it opens up into this rich harmonic crunch when you push it. There's onboard tremolo and reverb too, both vintage-voiced and genuinely usable. The EL84 power section and EF86 preamp are the same beating heart as the classic originals.
