Ibanez BL100 Blazer
INFO
This model is a new old stock from 1996. A new 21 year old guitar made in Japan - this is not a joke!
The BL100 is a Blazer series solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1995. It is a limited edition model. The Blazer series is a line of guitars with styling similar to the Fender Stratocaster.
The BL100 features a basswood body with a white pickguard bolted to a maple neck with a 21-fret maple fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include an Ibanez humbucking pickup in the bridge position and two Ibanez single coil pickups in the middle and neck positions along with a non-locking synchronized tremolo bridge.
The BL100 was available only in 1995. It was essentially replaced for 1996 with the limited edition BL150, which is a similar model with an agathis body with a natural finish and a black pickguard.
This guitar was made at the Fuji-gen Plant, Japan in 1996
